The company was founded in 2017 by Sam Esteka, who has over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and in Swedish graphic production. He has run his own offset printing company and built a broad network of printers, suppliers and technicians.

Sam Esteka is CEO and founder of Kandu Sweden Business AB. He has over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur, including as owner of an offset printing company, consulting company and restaurant. Over the years, he has also arranged business trips and trade fair visits for international clients. On September 14, 2017, he founded Kandu Sweden Business AB, where he combines his long business experience with a personal and professional hospitality.
Sara Esteka is Vice President at Kandu Sweden Business AB and works as Senior Test Manager. With her experience in quality assurance, project management and structured work processes, she contributes to the company's development and ensures that customers receive professional, high-quality service.
Sara Arani is responsible for HR and is Asia Coordinator at Kandu Sweden Business AB. She works with personnel issues, recruitment and employee development, and coordinates the company's contacts and operations in Asia.
